Currently under construction Lucent is the most recent project on Torre's builders list.  Part one of a two part building combination Lucent is 15 stories high with 190 appartments and 800 square meters of ground floor retail and green space.  Lucent includes a high calibre of extra features including the longest rooftop pool in Australia boasting a massive 55m.  Other features include a state of the art gymnasium, bbq and entertaining areas, open air cinema, golf simulator and dedicated dog washing bays and parcel collection.  Lucent is due to finish in December 2017.  Offering 1 bed, 2 bed, sub-penthouse and penthouse apartments Lucent is on the radar to be one of the highest calibre residential buildings to be built in Brisbane.
